[ The sun has risen and he feels his Azoth grow warm as it creates Pyros. His heart is still cold though.

Teacher Aura had been so kind to spend the morning twilight with him, teaching him how to sketch. He felt the need. It was clawing inside and wanted out. Aura left him to go do her morning things when they were done, and to allow him time with his first legitimate sketch.

He carefully folds the sketch and carefully places it in his coat, near his heart. He can always draw her from memory now.

But today's an important day and he'll shelve his sadness because there's a little one who needs his love.

Here comes a group message from Brigade.

It's a massive invite. For the Hounds, Hikaru, An'yu-sama and his family, the Brennans, the Chief and his family, and a whole list that includes people who in the past few months have reached out to Brig in some way or another. There are feels, okay? He lost a friend. He doesn't want to miss a chance to show his appreciation to the people who've been kind to him.

The list includes: Henry, Cisco (and her family by extension), Tohru (because maybe this one and his son could have a grand time in Disneyland too), Jill, Mia, Sabina (with a shout-out to Leo), Kalika (and if she wants to go and drag Anton, him too), Kasumi (because.), Dove (because she's J's teacher), Alistair (even though Brig acknowledges that there may be a low chance of him joining), David and Mica (because maybe the little ball of sunshine would like to see Disneyland too), Neeka, Aria, Deirdra, Selene, Barbie (and Raura) and Hawke (cause his only living "Dad" left) (acknowledging as well that the sun and their sleeping habits may be a problem), the Malice Kings: Lia, Riley, Aidan, Rethe, Jessie (yes, even Jessie).

And yes, Brianna. Even though she might not go. ]

Good morning everyone.

I know it's a bit sudden but it's my goddaughter Kathleen Leitman's 5th birthday today!

I was wondering if you and your families would like to join us on a trip to Disneyland Philippines today. It's a big group (I'm sure you can see all the recipients of this message) and we likely will be breaking up into little smaller groups throughout the day, but you've all been kind to me and my family these past few months we moved into Falner. Sharing the day with you all, even just bits and pieces of it, would be nice.

I also thought that it may be a nice chance for everyone to take a break (granting the Vigil and circumstances can do without your absence for a couple of hours) and have a day with their families. Yes, Chief, I'm talking to you in particular. Brother Tohru, maybe your children would love to go too.

If the Hounds are up by then (yes, Kaz, you sleepyhead.:) ), I think our little contingent can probably leave at 9am. Strike while the Disney Iron is hot. If you can't make it, it's all right. I just wanted you all to know that you're all very welcome to join.

I know we're all sad right now, but maybe this day could turn that around, even just a little bit. I hope you guys are all right and can make it for today, since we've been planning it for quite awhile now. If you can't, I totally understand. Last night was a lot and I'm not completely okay myself. But I have to be for my goddaughter. This is her day.

I think I invited most of your loved ones already. But if I missed anyone, please feel free to bring them along. Kaz, your sibs (we can run around Disney). Josh, your family (goes without saying). Taning, Sabina (and Brother Fukuzawa, please? Maybe you can convince him to go? I think his wife and kids would love it. The man needs a break as well). Hikaru, help Taning out with your dad? Yes, I invited your moms. Yulia, uhmm, the Brands (Hey, I like them)?

Brianna, if you're reading this, I love you very much, Princess. I know you're busy so I don't expect to see you there later, but know always that you're always welcome.
